Nathan Sigworth, CEO

Nathan was founder and CEO of PharmaSecure which over the past decade has tracked the distribution of billions of medicine packages and the behavior of patients who use them. Inc Magazine named him a 30 under 30 entrepreneur and FastCompany listed his company as one of the “Most innovative healthcare companies.” Prior to founding PharmaSecure, Nathan was co-founder of GPSS which he sold to Jyrobike Ltd. Nathan is also a founding advisor to a number of health-tech companies.

Richard Bergstrom

Richard was the Director General of the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations (EFPIA). Prior to that he worked in regulatory affairs at Roche and Novartis. He has also served as Director of EU Regulatory Strategy at Roche and Director-General of LIF, the Swedish Pharmaceutical Industry Association. In addition to his work at CCE, Richard leads a variety of strategic initiatives at SICPA and is an advisor to the World Health Organization on Good Governance in Medicine. In 2017 Richard joined SICPA where he leads a variety of strategic initiatives. Richard is a pharmacist by training.

Marc Groz

An inventor and a leading authority on risk and financial markets, Marc has served in mission-critical roles at Morgan Stanley, where he helped create a $500M municipal bond, named deal of the week by Bond Buyer; Van Eck Global, where he built the technology platform and created the investment models for a top-performing fund, generating more than $100M in management fees; and Structured Portfolio Management, a top-performing hedge fund, where he was responsible for strategic corporate initiatives.

Patrick Schneider

Patrick is responsible for operations at CCE. Prior to CCE, Patrick was a medical doctor and left medical practice to join BCG. He was recruited to build and lead the IMS Health consulting business in Switzerland and then launched his own practice consulting with the pharmaceutical industry on a variety of strategic topics, including pricing and reimbursement solutions.

Walter Hölzle

Former MD of Alcon and Warner-Lambert Switzerland, Walter leads VIPS (Swiss Pharma Association) as well as an organization that provides standards for unique identification of products and services.

Barry Marshall

Worked for J.P. Morgan in the US, Canada, India, Philippines and Latin America in roles ranging from predictive modeling to launching country offices to global HR strategy. Joined fintech startup The Trade Desk, an adtech trading platform, scaling the company to 250 people as VP of People and did the same at Axial, a market-maker private equity placement.
